Budongo Eco Forest is one of the largest forests in Uganda, whose incredible biodiversity is home to 9 species of primates, 360 species of birds and 290 different butterflies. The 825 square km reserve is located within the southern boundary of Murchison Falls National Park. Also, it is known for its former abundance of mahogany trees. As well as being home to a population of chimpanzees.
