This 5 Days Jinja and Murchison Falls Safari allows you to do white water rafting along river Nile in Jinja district. Furthermore, you will enjoy boat cruise to the bottom of the water fall as well as game viewing drives in different trails.
Detailed Itinerary for 5 Days Jinja White Water Rafting and Murchison Falls Safari.
Day 1: Arrival at Entebbe international airport and transfer to a hotel in Kampala.
Upon arrival at the Entebbe international airport, you will be met and received by lakeside tours professional driver/ guide who will transfer you to your booked hotel in Kampala for dinner and overnight.
Day 2: Transfer to Jinja town for white water rafting adventure experience or source of river Nile.
Wake-up early morning for breakfast, later transfer to Jinja via Mabira forest and Lugazi sugar plantation as we are heading to Jinja. Upon reaching Jinja town we shall go to the rafting center for a prior briefing about white water experience and here water rafting is done by both experienced and non-experience rafters along the Nile river and it is done in levels ranging from grade 1- to grade 4 with multitudes water levels after we retire for lunch and proceed with the drive to Jinja town or we go for Quad biking along the Nile villages(Optional) or visit the source of the Nile after check in your lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Transfer to Murchison falls National Park for afternoon Launch cruise.
Wake-up early in the morning at 6:00 Am with packed breakfast and prepare for the drive to Murchison falls National park, which is one of the oldest and largest national park in Uganda, via the districts of Luwero and Nakasongola as we proceed to Murchison falls National park with a brief stop for lunch in Masindi town and later proceed to the park for an afternoon boat cruise to the bottom of the falls for about (2-3 hrs). later you will be taken back to the landing site where your driver/guide will transfer you to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 4: Morning game drive and visit the top of falls.
Morning breakfast will be served and proceed to the park for game drive, this game drive will last for 4 hrs and later cross with ferry to visit top of the falls. Later after lunch, you will relax at the lodge for few hrs and you prepare again for evening game drive. Dinner and overnight at your lodge.
Day 5: Reserved for departure.
Wake-up early morning for breakfast and later transfer back to Kampala for city tour later transfer to airport for your flights back home.
